Ingredients

5 lbs Brisket (up to 6 lbs) or Roast

2 tbsp Liquid Smoke

2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

1 tsp Celery seed

1 tsp Garlic salt

1 tsp Onion Salt

1 tsp Salt

1 tsp Pepper

Garlic Salt and Onion Salt Can be replaced with G


Directions

For Brisket place fatty side up place meat in Crock-Pot add ingredients cook on high for 8 1/2 Hours you can add carrots and potatoes with 4 hours left
