Ingredients

1 tablespoon Olive oil

3 cloves Garlic

1/4 cup Basil fresh, chopped

2 tablespoon Parsley fresh, chopped

2 tablespoon Oregano fresh, chopped

2 teaspoon Balsamic vinegar

1/8 teaspoon Salt

1/8 teaspoon Pepper

1 28-oz can crushed fire-roasted tomatoes undrained

1 28-oz can crushed tomatoes undrained


Directions

Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic, basil, parsley, and oregano; saute 1 minute, stirring frequently. Stir in vinegar and remaining ingredients. Reduce heat, and simmer for 10 minutes.

2 teaspoons of dried oregano can be subsituted for 2 tablespoons of fresh oregano. Muir Glen tomatoes work well. [I posted this recipe.]
