Good. Made with boneless chicken thighs. Pre-salted per Samin Nosrat several hours before. Kept sofrito separate before browning chicken as in previous recipe this week with sofrito and ground beef, the remains of sofrito charred and burned when heating skillet high enough to brown meat. However, possibly the garlic powder charred when browning meat and gave a very acrid taste where blackened. consider adding the garlic powder after the meat is browned.
