Souper Meatballs

Ingredients

2 pounds Ground Beef

1/2 cups Milk

Garlic powder

2 large Eggs

1 can Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup

1-1/2 cups Dry Bread Crumbs

1 package Liption Onion Soup Mix

1 teaspoon Salt

1/2 teaspoon Ginger

1/3 cup Water


Directions

1. Mix ground beef, crumbs, milk, eggs, spices & soup mix (reserving 1 tablespoon for topping). 2. Shape into small balls and place on cookie sheet. 3. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes. 4. Place meatballs in casserole dish. 5. Mix cream of mushroom soup, water and reserved Lipton onion soup mix and pour over meatballs. 6. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
