from my sister, Bonnie
1. Mix ground beef, crumbs, milk, eggs, spices & soup mix (reserving 1 tablespoon for topping).
2. Shape into small balls and place on cookie sheet.
3. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes.
4. Place meatballs in casserole dish.
5. Mix cream of mushroom soup, water and reserved Lipton onion soup mix and pour over meatballs.
6. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
I've frozen in half batches after step 3 and then finished off thawed meatballs in the oven or crock pot.
