Ingredients

750 grams Salmon filets

1 teaspoon Coriander ground

1/2 teaspoon Sugar

1/2 teaspoon Chili powder

1/2 teaspoon Cumin ground

2 teaspoons Lemon juice


Directions

Mix seasoning ingredients together in a small bowl. Brush on meat side of filets. Place fish on preheated, greased grill rack. Grill on medium heat for about 15 minutes, until fish is just cooked through. Remove to serving dish and serve with lime wedges.
