Brown and drain hamburger. Add stewed tomatoes, tomato paste, tomato soup, salt, pepper, garlic & oregano. Simmer 30 mins.
Cook pasta according to directions. Drain (adding back 1/4 cup of the pasta cooking water). Mix with sauce and serve.
Notes: I puree the stewed tomatoes. (Love the taste but not the texture!)
I generally take half the sauce and freeze it for an easy meal on another day. (Just remember to use half the spaghetti, too!)
Oregano and garlic are added to your taste - more or less of either.
