500 grams seafood mix
200 grams spaghetti
3 cups chicken stock
2 cloves garlic chopped
1 tbsp shallot finely chopped
2 small red chilli (hot) finely chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp fresh parsley finely chopped
salt & black pepper
Delicious. I took the advice of some of the other cooks and added white wine and blackened seasoning.
Blackbty801Good simple recipe. I didn't add the chilli and after I put in the mussels added half a cup of white wine and let that evaporate.
