Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

1 box spinach frozen thawed, drained

1 cup Light sour cream

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated

4 cloves Fresh garlic, peeled

1 cup Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese

8 ounces Light cream cheese

1/2 teaspoon Black pepper

14 ounce Artichoke hearts 1 can, drained


Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Squeeze all excess liquid from spinach. Place in food processor. Add in sour cream, parmesan cheese, half of mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, garlic, and pepper. Blend until only slightly lumpy. Add artichokes (drained) and pulse to form chunky mixture. Place in 1 quart baking dish. Top with remaining mozzarella. Bake until bubbly, about 30 minutes. 8 servings, 188 calories per serving
