Squeeze all excess liquid from spinach. Place in food processor. Add in sour cream, parmesan cheese, half of mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, garlic, and pepper. Blend until only slightly lumpy. Add artichokes (drained) and pulse to form chunky mixture.
Place in 1 quart baking dish. Top with remaining mozzarella. Bake until bubbly, about 30 minutes.
