Spinach Marseilles (Grant's Spinach Soufflee)

This is Grant Miller's favorite holiday spinach recipe.

Ingredients

4 10 oz packages chopped frozen spinach

2 14 oz cans cream of mushroom soup

1 cup parmesan cheese, Kraft grated

4 each eggs beaten

1 cup sour cream

1 1/2 cups bread crumbs

1/2 cup parmesan cheese, Kraft grated


Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook spinach according to package directions in boiling water. Drain in sieve and use paper towels if you wish to get most of the water out of the spinach. Stir all ingredients together (except for the last 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese) into a buttered 9 x 13" pan. Bake for 30-45 minutes until top turns golden.
