Ingredients

1 banana

1/4 cup plain yogurt

1/4 cup orange juice

1 cup berries fresh or frozen

1/2 cup ice optional

1 cup kale fresh or frozen

1/2 oz whey protein


Directions

In a four cup blender, add kale, orange juice and ice. Chop until fine. Add banana, yogurt, and mixed berries, blend until smooth. Divide evenly between two glasses. If needed, freeze in mason jars.
