Ingredients

1 Cup Steel Cut Oats Bob's Red Mill

4 1/2 Cups Soy Milk

1 Dash Salt

1/4-1/2 Cup Fruit


Directions

Combine oats, salt and soy milk in small crock pot. Cook on low for 3.5 hours and add fruit. Cook an additional .5 hour. I store in a large glass snap lock container.
