Stir-Fried Veggies

Ingredients

1 tb Water

1 15-oz cn Reese baby corn

1/4 ts Ground pepper

1 onion Thinly sliced

1 tb Fresh lime juice

1 ts Sugar

2 tb Vegetable oil

1/2 c Bean sprouts

1 c Broccoli Florets, blanched

3 cloves garlic Thinly sliced

1 Jalapeno Chili sliced


Directions

Blend first four ingredients in small bowl. Heat oil in wok on med. heat. Add onion and garlic; stir fry until golden. Increase the heat to high, add florets, corn and bean sprouts; stir fry 3 minutes. Add first mixture to vegetables, blend well. Add chili reduce heat to medium and stir fry 2 minutes more. Serve hot. Nothing fancy here, but it fits the bill when you need a light supper on the fly. The addition of the jalapeno is nice. I'd eat this dish again.
