Stir-fry vegetable burrito

Ingredients

1 shitake mushroom

1 tsp olive oil

1/2 clove garlic

1 carrot

1 C green cabbage

1/2 green onion

1 tortilla

1 Tbsp low sodium teriyaki sauce

1/2 oz low fat shredded cheddar

1 morning star grillers veggie burger


Directions

Warm tortilla. Discard stems from mushrooms. Soak caps in hot water until soft. Squeeze dry and slice thinly. Heat veggie burger in microwave for 1 1/2 minutes and chop into small pieces. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic, carrots, and cabbage. Add teriyaki sauce to the skillet. Place vegetable mixture down center of tortilla. Sprinkle with cheese. Roll up and serve.
