Strawberry Pretzel Salad

Ingredients

2 cups Pretzels crushed

3/4 cup Melted Butter

3 tablespoons Granulated sugar

8 ounces Cream cheese

1 cup Granulated sugar

8-10 ounces Cool Whip

2 package Strawberry jello 3 ounce each

2 cartons Frozen whole strawberries


Directions

Crush pretzels in plastic bag. Mix sugar with pretzels and butter. Put on bottom of 9x13 pan. Bake 8 minutes at 400. Let cool. Cream 8 ounce cream cheese with 1 cup sugar. Fold in cool whip. Spread over cool crust. Chill. Mix 2 packages strawberry jello dissolved in 2 cups boiling water. Do not add any cold water. Add 2 cartons frozen strawberries to hot jello and let melt. Chill until syrup-y and slightly thickened (not set hard) and pour over cream cheese mixture. Keep refrigerated.
