Ingredients

1 pkg. White Cake Mix 2 Layer Size

1 pkg. Jello-O Brand Strawberry Flavor Gelatin 4 Serving Size

2/3 Cup Sour Cream

2/3 Cup Powdered Sugar

1 8 oz. Tub Cool Whip Topping Thawed

1 1/2 Cups Strawberries Sliced

Directions

1. Preheated oven to 350 Degrees. 2. Grease 2 (8 or 9 inch round baking tins and set aside.) 3. Prepare cake batter as directed on package. 4. Pour half the batter into a medium sized bowl and add dry starwberry gelatin mix. Stir until well blended. ( Now you have one bowl of white cake mix and one bowl of pink.) 5. Spoon half of the white batter and half of the pink batter side by side into each pan, careful not to overlap. 6. Then, with a spoon, gently swirl the two colors together to create a marbled effect. 7. Bake cakes for 30 minutes. 8. Let cool for 30 minutes in pans, then remove to wire racks to cool completely. 9. In a bowl, mix sour cream and powered sugar until blended. Gently stir in whipped topping. 10. Place one cooled cake layer on serving plate. Spread one cup of whipped topping mixture on top and carefully arrange fresh strawberries. 11. Top with remaining cake layer and remaining topping. Decorate with last of the strawberries before serving.
