Ingredients

1 prepared 9 inch pie crust

58 oz sliced peaches drained

1/3 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon cinnamon

Topping:

3/4 cup all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/3 cup butter


Directions

1. Combine the filling ingredients in a large bowl & mix well. Pour this mixture into the prepared pie crust. 2. Combine all the topping ingredients & mix well with a fork until crumbly. 3. Sprinkle the topping over the filling. Bake in a preheated oven at 375ºF for 40 to 45 minutes or until the topping is golden brown. You may cover the edges of the pie crust with tinfoil after 20 minutes of baking to prevent excessive browning. The Skinny: Use your favorite sugar substitute.
