18 jumbo pasta shells
1 lb lean ground beef
1 onion
1 clove garlic
2 c Mozzarella cheese shredded
1/2 c seasoned bread crumbs
1 tbs parsley
1 egg 1 egg
1/2 c Parmesan cheese grated
Really tasty, I added some ricotta cheese to the filling too.

hollirussellI've made this dish twice and I'm currently making it now! I did try it in the crockpot as well as the oven and both worked really well! Thanks for making my husbands stomach happy!
MeoshiOoops. I forgot to add... I did not use a crockpot for these. I simply made them up and baked them in the oven for 30 minutes. I also sprinkled some mozzarella cheese on the top, used marinara sauce, then sprikled with grated parm/romano cheese.
