Ingredients

1 Loaf

1 Stick

1/2 to 1 Stalk chopped

1/2 to 1 medium chopped


Directions

Cut bread into small cubes. Saute onions and celery in melted butter for 10-15 minutes. Place bread in a bowl and add sauteed onions and celery; mix together. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and poultry seasoning; add a few drops of water. Mix together and stuff bird.
