Ingredients

1.5 c Sugar

1 c Butter

1 egg

1 tsp vanilla

2.5 c Flour

1 tsp cream of tartar

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp Salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 375. Combine all ingredients in a mixer. Roll dough into marble sized balls and roll them in sugar. Flatten the dough balls with a glass and place on a greased cookie sheet. Bake until light brown, about 10 minutes.
