Spray a Pyrex with PAM, top and bottom. Combine brown sugar and Bisquick. Add eggs and vanilla/almond. Add butter and cream/milk. Add peaches and cinnamon. Pour into Pyrex. Handle with care, slippery. Put at spare place on active smoker grid (220-290) for several hours. Cool and stash covered in fridge.
