Heat oil, add mustard seeds and heat until they pop. Add iraq dal. Cook for awhile then add
onion, cooking until translucent and still crunchy. Add chard and cook until it wilts. Add cumin
and chili. Add 1/2 cup cooked lentils. Add shredded coconut, cook a little while and serve.
