Swiss Chard with Lentils and Coconut

1 Cup Chopped

1 Cup Chopped

1 Bunch Chopped

1/4 teaspoon

1/2 teaspoon

2 Tablespoons


Directions

Heat oil, add mustard seeds and heat until they pop. Add iraq dal. Cook for awhile then add onion, cooking until translucent and still crunchy. Add chard and cook until it wilts. Add cumin and chili.
