Rinse 2 cups rice thoroughly in warm water and drain. Melt 6 tablespoons butter in pan and add 1 cup orzo. Stir until brown. Add 2 cups rinsed rice, stirring gently about 2 minutes. Add 4 cups boiling chicken broth and 1 teaspoon salt. Mix well and cook on low fire in covered saucepan until water is absorbed, about 25 minutes.
