Taco Pasta Cold Salad

Good cold salad to take to Pot Lucks !

Ingredients

16 oz. pkg spiral pasta cooked & drained

1 lb. browned & drained

3/4 cup

1 envelope dry

2 cups shredded

1 lg. chopped

1 med. chopped

1 med. tomato chopped

2 cans (2 1/4 oz. ea) black olives sliced & drained

1 16 oz. bottle Catalina dressing OR Western dressing


Directions

Cook pasta according to pkg. directions. Brown ground beef till no longer pink and drain. Add water and taco seasoning to ground beef and simmer uncovered 15 minutes. Rinse pasta in cold water & drain. Place pasta in large bowl. Add beef mixture, cheese, green pepper, onion, tomato and olives. Mix well. Add dressing and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

We did not like this. The onion and peppers really set it off. Other wise ok. We would make this again without onion and peppers and more dressing.
