Ingredients

3-4 Bowls Sticky Rice

4 Sheets Seaweed

200 g Pork Belly

2 tsp Garlic grated

50 g Miso

2 tbsp Honey

1 tbsp Sake


Directions

Put pork belly in a pot, cover with water and boil for 30 minutes. Douse in cold water and dry. Mix garlic, miso, honey and sake in a container and add pork belly to marinate overnight. Chop marinated pork belly. Coat hands with water and salt and form balls of rice. Add pork to the middle, wrap in seaweed sheets and serve.
