Ingredients

1 head fresh Broccoli

1 head fresh Cauliflower

3 Fresh Zucchini

8 cups Flour

0.78 tsp Baking Powder

1.08 tsp Salt

2 Eggs

8 cup Ice water


Directions

Before you start, make sure you turn on your fryer and preheat to 350. Step 1: Clean and cut whole fresh broccoli, cauliflower and zucchini into small portions about 1 1/2 in long (zucchini about 1/2 inch wide and 1 1/2 in long). Set aside for step 6. Step 2: Sift together flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Set aside for step 4. Step 3: Separate egg yolk and whites. Beat egg yolks. Set egg whites aside for step 5. Step 4: Add 6 cups of the ice water to egg yolks, leaving bout 1/4 of the 3/4 cup. Add dry flour mixture, beating it together until blended. Then add the remaining 2 cups ice water and whip at high speed until mixture is smooth. Step 5: Whip egg whites until stiff and pour into batter. Step 6: Dip vegetables in batter. Step 7: Fry about 3 - 5 minutes or until golden brown. Drain well and serve :)

Tried this recipe as listed. It was a disaster, and even saying that is kind. 8 cups of flour? I should have known that was a mistake.
