1/ Combine all ingredients eccept Cheese, Pesto, Bacon and buns and mix well.
2/ Divide mixture into Eight equal portions.
3/ Pat out each portion to a round Pattie approx 130 mm across.
4/ Into the centre of each of four of the Patties Place Approx' 20g of Boursin.
5/ spread out the Boursin to about 10 mm from edge of the pattie and top with 1 tspn of Pesto.
6/ Place one of the remaining Pattie on top of each prepared Burger.
7/ Press edges of filled Buger together well to seal.
8/ heat a little Olive Oil in a frying And gently fry Burgers untill cooked through Approx 5mins
9/ Toast buns, place fried bacon in bun, put Burger on top and garnish with salad
