Whisk ingredients together and pour into a zip lock bag. Add meat, chicken, and/or vegetables and refrigerate for at least two hours (overnight is even better!).
Serving suggestion: Marinate flank steak as directed, grill 2 to 3 minutes each side for rare-to-medium, let rest for 3 to 5 minutes and slice thin. Serve on warm tortilla drizzled with the bleu olive's Whole Fruit Persian Lime Extra Virgin Olive Oil and top with mango corn salsa (another great bleu olive recipe!).
