Timeless English Muffin Pizza

This was my after school snack, handed down by my older brothers and sisters

Ingredients

1 whole English Muffin Thomas works best

2 tablespoons Ketchup or to taste

2 slices American cheese 1/2 cup of shredded Fiesta works too

Directions

1. Toast both halves of the English muffin. Put on a microwaveable plate with insides of muffin facing up. 2. Spread ketchup on both sides of the English muffin. 3. Place one slice of cheese on top of each muffin. 4. Microwave on high for 20-30 seconds.
