This was my after school snack, handed down by my older brothers and sisters

1. Toast both halves of the English muffin. Put on a microwaveable plate with insides of muffin facing up.
2. Spread ketchup on both sides of the English muffin.
3. Place one slice of cheese on top of each muffin.
4. Microwave on high for 20-30 seconds.
You can butter the English muffin before adding ketchup if you would like a more savory tast.
