Toffee Ice Cream Pie

Ingredients

12 3/4 oz. Heath Bars

1 1/4 cup chocolate wafer crumbs

1/4 cup butter melted

1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream

1 stick butter

1 pkg. (12 oz.) chocolate chips

2 cups 10X powdered sugar

1 can (13 oz.) evaporated milk

2 teaspoons vanilla


Directions

Put Heath bars in freezer to harden. Mix crumbs and ¼ c. butter, line 9 x 13 pan. Press mixture evenly. Put into refrigerator to harden. Crush Heath bars, mix with softened ice cream. Put in crust & freeze overnight. Melt butter and chocolate chips. Add sugar & milk. Cook about 8 minutes or until thick, stirring constantly. Add vanilla. Serve warm over pie. Make sauce ahead & heat at last minute.
