Tomato Bisque

Ingredients

6 cups Crushed tomatoes

2 cubes Beef bouillon

1 tablespoon Sugar

1/2 teaspoon Basil dried

1/4 teaspoon Pepper

1 teaspoon Salt

1 stick Butter

1/3 cup Flour

1 quart Half-and-half cream


Directions

Mix first 6 ingredients and simmer for 30 min. While above is simmering, melt butter in pan. Add flour to butter and whisk or stir til smooth. Add ? n ? a little at a time and cook until thick, stirring. Add butter & cream mixture to tomato misture slowly.
