Directions

Heat oil, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, cayenne pepper & crushed garlic. Cook till fragrant. Add tin of tomatoes, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, sultanas & pepper. Reduce to simmer and cook till thick & pulpy.
