Tomato Risotto

Ingredients

Half tbsp Tomato Puree

1 Clove of Garlic

1 can Tinned Tomatoes

Cup of Risotto Rice

Half glass of White Wine

750 ml Chicken Stock

Cup of Parmesan


Directions

Add puree and garlic to a saucepan and fry. Add tomatoes and heat until simmering. Stir in rice and pour in wine. Cook down until thickened and add a ladle of stock. Keep adding stock until rice is cooked. Finish by stirring through parmesan.
