Ingredients

2 gallons tomatoe juice fresh from garden

1/2 gallon Orange juice

1 cup Lemon Juice

3 1/2 gallons spring water

1 cup raisens

10 pounds Granulated sugar

4 tablespoons Acid Blend

1 1/2 teaspoons Pectic Enzyme

1/2 teaspoon Grape Tannin

1 packet Yeast active dry yeast


Directions

Mix all ingredients into a large fermentation container. Stir well until all sugar is dissolved. Let sit 24 hours, then, add yeast. Allow to work for 7_ 10 days. Once 0 specific gravity is reached, siphon wine into primary carboy .
