Tortellini with Peas and Prosciutto

Ingredients

1 package tortellini meat-filled, cooked

1 cup cream

8 ounces mushroom sliced

1/3 cup peas frozen

1/4 pound prosciutto chopped fine

1/2 cup chicken broth


Directions

Combine cream and mushrooms over low heat. Let simmer until thick. (Takes about half an hour. Use a large pan to avoid it boiling over.) Add peas and chicken broth. Toss in cooked tortellini. Stir to coat. Serve with prosciutto on top.
