Tuna Loaf

Ingredients

4 Eggs hard boiled

425 grams canned tuna

1 cup fresh breadcrumbs

1/2 cup Cheddar cheese grated

2 tbsp Lemon Juice

1/2 tsp Black pepper

1 Egg Uncooked

1/2 cup milk

1 Onion

1 tbsp Parsley chopped

5 slices Cucumber


Directions

Combine tuna and all other ingredients except boiled eggs, cucumbers. Place half mixture in a greased loaf pan. Slice eggs and lay on top of tuna. Top with remaining tuna mixture and press firmly. Top with more shredded cheese and bake at 350F for 30-40 min, or until toothpick comes out clean. Let stand for 5 min, then turn out onto serving pate and decorate with cucumber.
