Tuna patties

Ingredients

6 x potatoes (boiled and mashed)

1 x 420g tuna in brine (drained)

White pepper

1/2 Cup All purpose flour

1/2 Cup Rice bran oil


Directions

Mix together mash potato and flour to form a dough. Roll to 1/2cm thickness and cut into strips. Place tuna on top of dough and sprinkle with white pepper. Roll up and seal ends by pinching the dough together. Shallow fry in rice bran oil on both sides until golden brown. Serve with a toss salad.
