Tuna Rice Salad

Ingredients

3/4 c Celery chopped

1/4 c Green Onions Sliced

1/4 c Lemon juice

8 1/2 oz green peas Canned, drained

6 3/4 oz tuna Canned, packed in water, drained and flaked

1/4 ts Hot pepper sauce

3 c Rice cooked

2 tb Vegetable oil


Directions

Combine rice and peas in large bowl; toss lightly. Add tuna, celery and onions. Combine lemon juice, oil and pepper sauce in small jar with lid. Pour over rice mixture; toss lightly. Cover and chill 30 minutes.
