Directions

Beef, onions, peppers, and 1/4 c water into base on high valve closed for 5 min. Add seasoning and 1/2 cup water Clean pan and layer tomato sauce, noodles, beef, ricotta, sauce, noodles, beef, ricotta, sauce, cheese. Heat on med/low, pour 1/4 cup water around inner ledge and cover, valve closed, for 13 min. Open valve, cook 5 more min. Remove from heat. Close valve, let sit for 2 min.
