Turkey Soup

Ingredients

6 cup Turkey Stock

2 cup Turkey

1 large Onion

1 clove Garlic cloves

1/4 cup Celery chopped

1 cup Carrot diced

1 tsp Kosher Salt

1 tsp Pepper

2 tbsp Parsley

1 Bay leaf

1 Potato

1 cup Cream


Directions

Place all ingredients except the cream in a large soup kettle. Simmer for 2 to 3 hours. Remove bay leaf. Stir in cream and heat then serve. (or add cream to individual bowls after serving)
