Directions
Brown turnips in 2 Tbs butter in hot skillet, about 4 minutes. Pour Apple cider vinegar over turnips and add 1/4" water to skillet. Sprinkle with kosher salt, bring to a boil, cover and reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer 5 minutes or until turnips are crisp-tender. Increase heat to medium-high, uncover and return to a boil, about 4 minutes, or until liquid is almost evaporated. Cook about 8 more minutes until liquid has evaporated, stirring occasionally. Stir in 2 Tbs honey and 1 Tbs butter and serve.
