Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Mix flour and whipping cream. Dump onto lightly floured board. Fold in thirds 8-10 times until slightly stiff. Pat to about 1/2" thick, cut with cookie or biscuit cutter. Place in oiled cast iron skillet or oil cookie sheet. Bake in oven for 10-12 minutes. Can drizzle with melted butter or open and put pat of butter inside after removing from oven.
