Vegan black bean brownies

Ingredients

15 oz Black beans 1 can, drained, rinsed, lightly dried

2 Tbs Ground Flaxseed heaping

14 cup creamy nut butter ie walnut/cashew

1/2 cup cocoa powder 6 Tbs for less intense

1/8 tsp Sea Salt

1 tsp Vanilla extract

1/4 tsp coffee extract

1/2 cup Chocolate chips

1/3 cup Walnuts raw


Directions

1. Prheat oven to 350. Grease and line an 8X8 pan with parchment paper. 2. Place everything EXCEPT chocolate chips and walnuts into a food processor. Process until smooth. 3. Add chocolate chips and pulse until desired texture. Add walnuts and pulse again. 4. Spread into prepared pan. Add additional chocolate chips on top if desired. Bake about 30min. 5. COOL COMPLETELY, as these are fragile until entirely cooled.
