Ingredients

5 cups Unbleached flour

1 1/3 cups unsweetened cocoa

4 cups sugar

4 tsp baking soda

1 tsp salt

3/4 cup canola oil

4 3/4 cup Water

2 tablespoons vanilla

1/4 cup Cider Vinegar

Directions

Mix dry ingredients. Mix all wet ingredients. Pour wet into dry; stir until blended. Don't overmix. Pour into greased pans 2/3 full. Bake 45 min. don't overcook. Can mix frozen berries with jam, put in center or on top. Great with fresh whipped cream on top.
