Vegetable and Bean Pitas

Ingredients

2 tb Balsamic or red wine vinegar

salt and pepper to taste

1 c Broccoli Florets And Stems;

3/4 c Mushrooms sliced

8 oz Fat-Free Cream Cheese

1 tb Dried dill weed

Insed

1/2 c Reduced-Fat Shredded

2 Cans (15 Oz Each )Red

1/2 c Sliced green onions; with

1/2 c Nonfat Plain Yogurt

6 Whole-wheat pita breads;


Directions

Preheat the oven to 325?. In a 1 1/2-quart casserole, beat cream cheese and yogurt until smooth. Mix in cheddar cheese, vinegar and dill weed. Mix in beans broccoli, green onions, and mushrooms. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Bake, covered, 20 to 30 ins, until hot. Spoon bean mixture into pita halves.
