1 15 oz can coconut milk (shaken)

1 red bell pepper sliced into 1/4” strips

1 yellow or orange bell pepper sliced into 1/4” strips

2 cups broccoli florets

12 oz extra firm tofu

1 large daikon peeled Blade B (about 1 lb)

sriracha to taste (1 tablespoon or more)

1/4 cup roughly chopped cilantro
