Ingredients: 1 lb hamburger meat; 3 medium Russet potatoes; 3 large carrots; 3 large celery stalks; 1 medium onion; 2 tsp salt; 1 tsp pepper; 2 Bay leaves; 1 Beef bouillon cube; 1/4 tsp Oregano; 1 large can petite diced tomatoes; 1 small can Tomato sauce

Ingredients

1 lb hamburger meat

3 medium Russet potatoes

3 large carrots

3 large celery stalks

1 medium onion

2 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

2 Bay leaves

1 Beef bouillon cube

1/4 tsp Oregano

1 large can petite diced tomatoes

1 small can Tomato sauce

Directions

Brown meat. Chop vegetables. Put all ingredients except tomatoe sauce and chopped tomatoes into a large pot. Cover ingredients with water and boil until vegetables are tender. Add tomatoes and sauce. Remove bay leaves before serving.
