Vegetarian Chili

This uses dried beans so make sure you remember to soak the night before!

Ingredients

1 cup Red kidney beans dry

1 cup Black beans dry

1/2 Green bell pepper chopped

1/2 Red bell pepper chopped

15 ounce Crushed tomoatoes

8 ounce Tomato sauce

2 cloves Garlic crushed

3 tablespoon Chili powder

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

1 Onion chopped

1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded


Directions

Soak beans over night, drain and rinse. Place in slow cooker with 2 cups of water. Add bell peppers, chopped onion, crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, garlic, chili powder, salt and pepper. Cook on low for 8 hours
